The costumer's satisfaction has always been a priority at Dauma, that has always devoted resources and energies to the realization of a group of services which create optimum conditions for the utilization of Dauma machines since the installation.

Service

Training Center

All the safety rules for the utilization of Dauma machines are described to the costumer. Through this service we give support to the costumer in order to use the machines safetly and correctly, and improve the performances and the MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure).

Costumer Technical Service

Dauma provides advice an technical support to the costumers for any problem about machines, including the intervention of a qualified technician as soon as possible at the costumer's factory if necessary.

Pre-emptive maintenance program

By request it is possible to plan annual visits of Dauma technicians to control the conditions of the machines and for ordinary maintenance.

Remote service card

Remote service card is installed on the machines run by PLC, CNC or PC and allows you to connect the machine PLC with a modem to a PC with Remote Access to Dauma, in order to control the conditions of the machine and modify the software if necessary.
